Questions and answers, importing and exporting your training history, availability and contact.
FAQ
Which platforms?
Android first. iOS is planned, but not available yet.
Can I get it now?
Not in app stores yet. Leave your e-mail through the contact form (topic “Early access”) and we'll write when the beta opens.
What does “ready” mean?
A state estimated from your logged sets: how much fatigue the model thinks is left and where the muscle sits on its recovery curve. It is not a measurement of your body and not medical advice.
How is this different from a plain log?
A log stores sets. Skulpo also maps them to muscles and runs a recovery model, so your history turns into readiness you can see.
Where is my data?
On your device. Export CSV or JSON at any time. There is no account and no sign-up.
Which languages?
English and Polish.
Is it medical advice?
No. Skulpo is not a medical device and doesn't replace a doctor or a coach. Training safety is your responsibility.
Import and export
- Import: Skulpo reads a CSV file exported from FitNotes, Strong or Hevy. It recognises the app by the file’s column names, not by the file name.
- In that app, export your data as a CSV file, then open Settings → “Import workouts (.csv)” in Skulpo and choose that file. The file can be up to 5 MB.
- Export: in Settings you can save your history as a CSV file (“Export training history (.csv)”) or a full JSON backup (“Backup data (.json)”) at any time.
- A JSON backup is restored with “Restore from backup”. Skulpo’s own CSV export is made for spreadsheets and is not imported back.
Availability
Android beta in preparation. Not in app stores yet.
