What you'll get

Real workouts, real data

Screen recordings of Skulpo on an everyday phone with a real training history — nothing staged. Recorded in the Polish version of the app; captions describe each step. Videos play only when you press play.

  • One exercise: estimated 1RM over a year and all time, then every past session

  • Real history from the same phone. On the recording day (8 October 2026), with no training since mid-September, the map was grey — scrolling the timeline back to August shows each muscle’s state that day and the recovery prediction chart (Premium feature).

  • Exercise guide: target muscles front and back, technique cues

No streaks, no guilt.

Skulpo doesn't nag. There are no streak counters to protect and no reminders pushed at you — the only notification is the rest timer you start yourself. The map is simply there when you open the app, and it's honest on the days you skipped.
